Data Processor: We act as the Data Processor for the data you upload or process through the Service (e.g., your customers’ contact lists, chat message content, and custom fields). You are the Data Controller for this customer data and are solely responsible for its legality and compliance with privacy laws. 2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT (AS DATA CONTROLLER) 2.1. Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you register for an account using our Embedded Signup system. 2.2. Financial Data: We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to handle billing and subscription payments. We do not store your full credit card details, but we store billing history and payment tokens provided by Stripe. 2.3. Usage Data: Information about how you access and use the Service, such as IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, and feature usage (e.g., campaigns launched, bot flows created). 3. INFORMATION WE PROCESS (AS DATA PROCESSOR) 3.1. Customer Contact Data: Contact information (phone numbers, custom field data) imported into or created within your wasapbos account. 3.2. Messaging Data: Content of messages sent and received via the WhatsApp chat feature, bot replies, and campaign data. This data is handled according to WhatsApp's API policies and is stored solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. 4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use the information we collect to: a) **Provide and Maintain the Service:** Operate your account, process payments, and provide customer support. b) **Improve the Service:** Monitor usage, fix bugs, and develop new features (e.g., enhancing our Bot Flow Builder or Template Management). c) **Communicate with You:** Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages. d) **Integrate Third Parties:** Facilitate connections with external services such as the Meta/WhatsApp API, Stripe and other payment gateway for payment, and AI for bot functionality. 5. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION We only share information in the following circumstances: 5.1. With Third-Party Service Providers: We share necessary data with third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing. 5.2. With Meta/WhatsApp: To provide the core functionality of the Service, we transmit messaging and template data to the WhatsApp API as required for message delivery. 5.4.
